Cell C poor service

Cell C accounts Department is a distaster. I am still waiting for my credit to be processed. I called to speak to a senior accounts manager today. No one returned my call. The once promising company with integrity has lost its shine. I am bitterly disappointed as a Cell C contract partner for 12 years. I want my money refunded.
