Cell C poor ***** control and poor to non existence customer care.

CELL C *****: Thier customer service its so painfully poor.

I went to check the company's values and I was shocked because their staff doesn't leave by those values at all.

Cell c processes and controls allows accounts to be open without verifications.

The only way I found out was when my Bank notified me of the defaults. And when I called I was told that the case has been transferred to their collection department.

I submitted the requested documentation from SAPS and so on. It's been more that 90 days. No response what so ever after a number of attempts.

Based on my experience I will never ever use or this company.
