Cell C Poor Experience

I'm not even sure where to start because my experience with Cell C was horrific.

I called on Monday the 13th of May 2019 with no luck - the only thing I got was be transferred from one department to the other eventually the one lady advised that the correct department to assist was the legal department though they closed ( it was eventually 5pm and I understood so I asked for contact details to call the next day she advised confidently so that rather I get them to call you because they hardly answered their lines - alright sure case I accept but recommend she give me the number which she didn't.

Next day I google still for contact details with no luck but get a number 084135 which got me transferred around again then I got to Cell C Carlswald where Edwin the manager there gave me ********** 200 which couldn't go through

Wednesday I get ********** 00 on the internet after long searches then eventually I get through to this number where im told Its the switch board and they will transfer me to legal department there after I was on hold for 48 minutes to where I was answered by a lady named Pricsilla - she was amongst most of them - very helpful though she just kept me on the line without telling me the progress unless ofcoz when I ask her question, she did her part which was incomplete and send me back to branch I paid at.

I called Lebowakgomo branch where a lady who after being hesitant told me her name was Lerato Cheune advised that their computers don't keep record for more than a year and wont be able to help and also advise that some people left.

5 days and a query is still unresolved and I still need to push to get to the bottom of this - but it seems no one in the company knows what their suppose to do or answer - do we have the wrong s****s in the department or hired because certainly if this is the way then we as a nation are going no way slow.
