Cell C poor customer services
I am struggling to end my month to month contracts with Cell C. They respond on email with no actions. Three agents talked with me, one would have sent a form to cancel the two month to month contracts (my contracts expired and now they extract month to month) but no form received and no one wants to help.
POOR PERFORMANCE NO CUSTOMER CARE
