Cell C poor customer service😡
The Cell C ***** department promises to get back to you within 48 hours. And it’s been 2 weeks with no response. They don’t have a direct line and all you are told is to send an email, such poor service from Cell C😡

02 Dec 2021, 16:17A ********** account was opened in my name and you sent me an ITC letter clearing me and closed the account but proceeded to list me on the South African ***** Prevention Services as a perpetrator instead of a victim. Because of the cell c listing my Bidvest account was closed. Now I have been trying to get your ***** department to remove me from the listing and no one has responded to my emails and even followed up with a phone call.
