Cell c poor customer service

Im so hurt snd disappointed with cell c online. I bought a laptop, it is faulty the warranty company requested proof of purchase thr 8th of June . Immediately i called cell c to assist me with a copy till today they promise to send in 24 hours.

Im stting with a laptop that i am paying, can not use and unable to take it for repairs because cell c can not email me my contact or proof oc purchase.

Must i stop tge monthly deduction? I can not pay what i am no using.

Worse part of it all they will leave me hanging online over 20 minutes until i put the phone down. Im hurt
