Cell C POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELIABILITY

I will not recommend Cell C for a service provider. I loaded LTE data bundle on 24 of April 2025 for an amount of R259 that was not loaded to my sim card. After numerous calls still no data, that they keep on saying back office needs to resolve the matter. Today is 30 April 2025 and still no satisfaction, still no data but the money was deducted from my bank account. I'm speechless.
