Cell C poor customer service

Tried to do sim swap and after numerous attempts no luck as I failed authentication questions that referred to years ago or to my billing amount but not specifying for which bill as I have 5 contracts on two different statements . They fail you on purpose and block you so you must go instore which is more expensive . You have a bigger chance to win the lottery than to get authenticated by Cell c customer service .
