CELL C. Poor customer service

<p>Last year end of Novenber i lost my phone, i reported and i was told that it was succesfully blocked, but after 2 days my phone was found and i contacted the call center and it was confirmed that my phone was NEVER blacklisted. i continued using the phone and i had no problems. the problem is now my phone is booked in for repairs and it is now "blacklisted", at the store i was told to call the call center and get the reference number for unblacklisting . ive been calling the call center and im not getting any help. i spoke to about 5 consultants but im getting help and "theres nothing they can do" my phone is stuck at the repair, ive got no phone, and im getting no help</p>
