Cell C - poor customer communication

I have two contracts with cell c. They are due for an upgrade. Cell C has no i-phones on offer in their monthly pamphlet and the cell c store informs me that they have no stock. I have phoned numerous times and have been given the runaround from department to department and all they can say is "no stock". No-one can give me any indication of when they will have stock. It is strange that the other networks have stock as well as I-Store who informs me that they do not do cell c upgrades. This company is in trouble and yet their customer service and/or stock control is terrible.
