Cell C poor customer care service

Good day

Guys I never thought I would have to resort to hello Peter for customer care service. I'm not happy with Cell C's service. The manager kept me on the line for an hour during an escalation until the call ended which is call avoidance.

I was advised that I had failed my sim swap, no worries I went to the store with my affidavit and certified copy of my ID becoz the sim was under a different Rica ID. The store turned me away. I called the customer care & your agent said there's no usage or calls or my number,t therefore she doesn't understand how I failed coz your questions are based on usage.

I have been on the line this morning for 2hours @ur call centre, nobody is willing to step up and assist further, provide a resolution. Instead it's dropped calls from Agents and hold until call disconnects from managers.

What a poor service to loyal customers. I need my number back. Kindly provide me with competent service. My email ***. thanks
