Cell C Poor customer care
My parents have been customers of Cell C for more than 20 years. When they app**** for a Cell C contract they had to open a Credit Card account as that was the only acceptable payment agreement for Cell C. The Debit order has always gone off against their credit card, no problem. Then suddenly beginning of 2023 each month there is an issue with Cell C taking the money off their credit card. I tried phoning on their behalf to try and sort out the issue and the phone was blatantly put down in my ear!

20 Mar 2023, 11:04Muriel Snyders - ID *** - contact nr is ***, but this nr was suspended! My mother is 72 years old and lives in Uniondale. I am really upset in the manner that this issues was dealt with as her banking details in the past 20 years has not changed, but suddenly this year there is an issue with Cell C. She is seriously re-thinking to continue with a contract with Cell C and so am I! My Mother is borrowing a phone so that at least she can contact a doctor should the need arise.
