Cell C poor assistance

14/12/2021 around 11 a cell c agent contacted me regarding my complain on Hellopeter (note this is after numerious complaints with the call centre as well as Timesquare Cell C Wilkoppies, Klerksdorp) after 50min and 11sec busy with the consultant and not concluding the problem i was transfered to rate their service. Thereafter i had a missed call from cell c and eversince no contact from them again. My quiry still not sorted, 6days later still suspended contracts. Is there any one that can assist with contact details/persons that can help resolve this urgently
