Cell c policy
Good day,I took out a CAT S31 on contract. This phone started freezing and the speaker was faulty. I sent it for repairs. They gave me a new S31. The new phone is also giving me the same issues. Cell c dont want to give me a different make of phone. Meantime I'm paying a contract for a faulty phone.
