Cell C - Please update my payments
Good morning,
I had 2 cell c accounts. Both were in arrears and I have paid the areas amount in full. But Cell C has not updated this on the system for my credit score. I have trying to call Cell C to get correspondence and acknowledgement of payment but the agents have been giving me different numbers to call and therefore I have not seen any updates on my account.

07 Apr 2021, 10:37I am still waiting for this to be sorted out. On my credit report, Cell C still appears as a default account whereas, I paid the full fees. All I am doing is trying to sort out my credit score but you are delaying me whereas I settled the account.
