CELL C PLEASE UPDATE MY CREDIT REFCORDS I DONT OWE YOU!!!!

Dear Cell C,

I just want you to know that your service is rather pathetic and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how you are handling my issue, i have previously rated you as one of the most amazing networks in SA but now unfortunately i think you are the worst network ever,

I have paid off my Account in March, received my paid off letter on the 25th of March stating that you will update my credit bureau profile within 2-15 working days. Its either i don't know how to count or you don't, please tell me is the 25th of March till today the 10th of May still within your "15 days" grace period?

I have emailed you guys for a number of times and yet you haven't updated, i am tired of you people. Just do your jobs!!!

My Experian credit report, clear score report still shows that i am in two months arrears when i have already paid you.

Please do let me know if you would rather prefer me to come with the media to your offices in order for you to do your job as you clearly are not responding to any of my emails.

I strongly regret crossing my paths with you. You are quick enough to update non payments on the bureaus, even when i was retrenched you went ahead and updated that i could not pay you, now that i have paid you are taking your time to update.
