CELL C - Please those who have contracts with Cell C, check the debit orders.

In 2021 my mother-in-law passed away. Her contract had expired, so in June 2021 I asked Cell C to cancel her contract and up grade my sister's which is also in my name. I was quoted a price of just over R400. I never stupidly check my debit orders, but in January I did. I saw that Cell C was debiting my account nearly R1300.00 a month. When I called I was told that there are 2 contracts in my name, 1 been my sisters and the other my LATE MOTHER IN LAW'S. I was assured this would be cancelled and no longer go through on the 12th of February 2024, My reference number is ***. I also requested that they go back to our 2021 recording and check that I had cancelled and they didnt cancel then. Low and behold, end February 2024, my account was once again debited for 2 contracts. I was also told by Cell C that when a contract ends, and is not renewed all initial discounts fall away and you get charged the increased price. I will never recommend Cell C to anyone. Please everyone check your accounts. They have still not come back to me regarding the 2021 conversation. I did get a message requesting feedback on service, which I did not respond to, as I was waiting to see if this would be sorted out. And no it hasnt. I await Cell C to sort out this.
