I have been trying to get this issue sorted out for a while now. I have logged the same issue numerous times with CELL C however no response thus far and they promised to respond within 48hrs.

17 Aug 2018, 13:53I spoke to Lungile. My account was handed over without any communication, I had questions that the 'Legal department' was supposed to respond to however that was not done. But its okay because I finally found where my account went and made arrangements with the company.
My issue here is and always has been the R2000 that was debited by cell c from my account at the beginning of the month while my account was not with them anymore. No one knows where this amount went.
I pose a question again... where did this amount go and why was it debited when my account had already been handed over?
