CELL C - PLEASE REPLY!!
Thanks Danielle for contacting me, I did reply to you personally but you are not replying. I am not happy that I have been overcharged EVERY month on this account ********** 68. I capped this account in the beginning at R199 p/m (March) I have been charged R309.01 Mar & Apr , May R 311.72 ,Jun R 311.72, & July R324.61. 5 months overcharged - total overcharged of R 571.07. We could also not used more than 5G so no idea where this comes from? When can I expect to be refunded??? Please advise urgently.
