Cell C - PLEASE HELP!

Again I was promised to be assisted on the below, they keep contacting me but no one ever helps, THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ESCALATING TO THE SUPERVISOR - Still no statement and sim still disconnected. ORIGINAL COMPLAINTS BELOW!

I am really ****ed off, I have been calling Cell C for the past 3 months now to be transferred to their legal department because my cellphone contract was handed over. Every time I call I hold for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes and still I don't get through. I took my contract in 2015 and it is supposed to be finished this November, I don't receive any statements whatsoever but every month money is being deducted. I have been wanting to change my debit order date as my salary date has now changed but I have received no assistance all they saying is they will escalate the matter. I am really disappointed and angry because for almost 7 months my sim card has been blocked yet every month money is being deducted.
