Cell c please actually supply customer service!!!

So I phoned Cell c last month to cancel my month to month contract- they advised no problem and its cancelled with immediate effect.

To my surprise I get a bill for the month of November??? *** for my cancellation.

I ported my number to MTN to get away from this company yet it seems I am stuck for a while longer!!!

Please can someone sort this out!
