Cell C pillar to post for upgrade

I enquired about an early upgrade which was indicated I could do they sent me from pillar to post to complete all to find out at the 5th agent that i must still wait a month not very helpful at all. Please could you get your systems in place as this was not how I know cellc to be i have 6 active contracts with you and don't believe this is how we should treat a customer providing false info on upgrade situations.
