cell c phone warrenty claim

<p>a few months after i started a new cell c phone contract i experienced probems with my contracted phone .i sent it in for repairs via my local cell c branch 6 weeks later i recieved a sms saying my phone was ready only to learn that "no fault was found".a simple test using store supp**** headphones confirmed the problem was still there(confirmed by the branch manager)a expidited repair was promised. ...another5 weeks went by before i recieved a sms saying my phone was ready . this time a young man named Ken assisted me and after the same simple test confirmed the the phone was still faulty .as the manager was not there i was promised someone would contact me 3weeks later im still waiting.in desperation after the first failed repair i bought myself a new phone at great expense to myself conclusion..after the contract is signed you are just an irritation </p>
