Cell C phone contract cancellation

I would like to complain I received a call from Cell C offering me a cellphone Samsung Galaxy A13 today they are having a problem canceling the contract it's not fair for me to call Cell C customer Service to try and cancel the phone that would take 5 to 7 working days to deliver the device to my place I'm disabled waist down and now I can't be called back by Cell C
