Cell C Petty rules.
Hello my father visited your East Rand Mall store tried to uprade but he got one of those stupid questions wrong. I cannot believe that Cell C is so petty. I dont even remember things and my Father is 67 how must a pensioner remember these things. This is **************. His phone must be delivered we waited over 3 hours. His number is.***
