Cell C permanently deactivated my prepaid cell number! Pathetic service levels for Assistance

Good day I recently was aware that my prepaid cell c number was permanently deactivated. On the 06/09 I had done a sim swap on my number due to A faulty sim card as I could not make or receive any calls. The sim card worked for a few days and on the 08/09 when I decided to make few calls from the number I noticed this newly sim swapped card is also not working and has become faulty as I experienced this many times before. On the 03/10 I visited the cell c store to do yet another sim swap I was notified that this number has been permanently deactivated by cell c. I do not see the reason as to why cell c deactivated my number as there was activity on the card due to a sim swap been done around a month ago. I also have a positive airtime balance on the sim card and I had the number for many many years and I wish to have it back. I did not get a notice or sms from cell c informing me that the sim card will be deactivated. I called the cell c customer care who directed me. To the cell c head office. Spoke to a person there who put me through to the technical department, they could not assist and asked me to contact the legal department. I tried to contact them but they are not working on a call basis but just emails I have been sending numerous emails with no response at all. What is the point TO RICA a simcard if it will still be taken away from you? Cell c team: kindly contact me on *** / *** for assistance Thank you
