Cell C Perfoming ***** to customers

<p>it is with great dissapointment that i am writing this review again in two weeks .</p> <p>i reported Cell C for fradulantly handing me over to their lawyers for an account i dont have and never had , i was requested to provide an affidavite declaring that i never had any dealings with them and did send it and one of their consultants by the name of Nelly called me and advised that the has been sent to their ***** department , it is now two weeks i am getting no feedback and i am still getting the stupid SMS's from MBD threating me , or maybe it is not a threat that my ITC will have a negative impact . and it is very worrying that when you go through their complaints page a lot of customers are having the same problem like me.</p> <p>Now i think the public protector needs to intervene as this naming and shaming them on HELLOPETER does not move them.</p>
