Cell C Perfetic service

I am very disappointed we have had two contacts with cell C witch was taken out at exactly the same time and was then canceled at exactly the same time after the contact has ended then only one contact was canceled although an email was send askin too cancel both (we still have the email). Then they cancel the second one with immediate effect because they realize its there mistake, but now a month later thet deducted money , althought the contract has expired a while ago and they did not deduct money a month before both contacts we're cancelled. Now if we phone them too comain they say we canceled the contract a month later and thats why they are deducting money. This is pafetic i am totally fed up with Cell C they will never have me as a customer again nor will I ever suggest them too anyone
