Cell c pending account
I'm so frustrated with my cell c account that has been affecting my credit profile. I've settled my account through SSDA on the 17th of April 2022, to date my account has not updated. You have provided me with a paid letter however it's useless because when I dispute the bureau information with it the query becomes unsuccessful as you guys say I'm still owing. This is so frustrating as I'm sent from pillar to post whereas I've settled my account months ago
