Cell c payments qeary

Hi I made a eft payment on 25/06/2018 with the acc no. ********** 44. R342.00 cell c no. ********** 063 was the amount and I send a proof of payment to. ********** Still they say today 3/07/2018 that there are no payments recieved on the account. Another thing in 2016 I made numerous payments to them and via bank Eft then they still take their debit order so I paid 2 times for one month. used account ref: ********** 063. I'm very unhappy and I want answers. My boyfriend Johannes Janse van vuuren paid it from capitec bank.
