Cell C Payments

I made a payment to cell c using the cell c app on the 13th December. Went to cell c on the 28th of December as a debit order still went off. I was advised to provide them with my bank statement to allocate thr payment, this was done on the 06th of January 2025. And to date the payment has not been allocated. I wasn't even given feedback, I went to store on the 21st and was given the run around again. They are the worse when it comes to allocating payments.
