Cell C - Payment Plan
My name is Vuyolwethu Otto and I have a Cell C cellphone contact. Due to COVID my employment contract was unfortunately suspended and I am currently awaiting payment from UIF. I have communicated this with Cell C so we can come up with a payment plan.
I have sent emails to the following email addresses: *** and *** and have called them numerously on the 084 140 since 29th April with no response from them.
Today I received an SMS threatening to terminate my service if they do not receive full payment. I then call 084 140 and the customer service person was highly rude and did not escalate my issue.
Please kindly assist.
