Cell C - Payment Arrangement

After numerous attempts to contact you without success, i have now given up. I am trying to make a payment arrangement on my account in order for my lines to get reactivated again and till date nobody has phone me back again from your establishment. I have received one call which i miss unfortunately, but it was promised after that i would receive a phone call which never happened. This record goes to show that i did in fact try and make payment arrangement.
