Cell c payment allocation

I had contract with cell c..they did not debit according to agreement..they decided to pay via EFT called many times so they must allocate payment..I had 2 case no which was not resolved..even went to the store for escalation but never received any call from them..never communicated my account. My contract was month to month..they suspended my sim ..I payed 2021 June..till now 2022 that payment was not allocated..they a still billing me every month.. my account was handed over to their lawyers without contacting. Me abt my account..my case no nothing was done..how do I receive call from lawyers ..while I'm still waiting for the call from cell c account department..ITC RECORDS US RUINED BY *********** CELL C SERVICE
