Cell c payment

In April I have received a SnapScan link to pay my cell c account after I have changed my account number while awaiting for debit switch I was paying via SnapScan onl after 3months they tell me that they don’t have a SnapScan link therefore they can’t trace my payment then went to cell c at Cresta they told me that it’s **** cell c only use Nedbank account I’ve been sending emails left right and center instead the person who responded to my email was sympathize with me after R6300 that I have paid through the link.
