Cell C - Paying for service I am not receiving
Hi have been requesting Cell C to do a number change on my contract since 2019 with no joy. In effect I pay for a service I am not receiving. I cannot use the Pinnacle benefits at all, it’s been almost 2 years, but they receive my money for it every month. I’ve logged 3 customer complaints since 2019 up until today nothing has been done and no one calls me back as promised. POOR service, I will definitely not be renewing my contract with Cell C.
