Cell C pathetic servive

Cell c is absolutely disgusting when is comes to customer service. I had a contract with cell c that has been paid up I'm February already ,lately credit supplier's has been declining me and I was not sure why ,I did a follow up on my credit score and cell c never removed me on their data basis it shows that I owe them 4000 I called them they comfirmed I don't owe anything.... I called tribuno where they informed me that cell c listed my name for two contracts ,I never had two contracts with cell c ... I called and everytime I need to explain myself over ..promises from managers to sort it out has been made not one of them gets back to me ,I have never experienced such pathetic service ever
