Cell C - Pathetic Service Tshepo Mahlangu

Bad Service from Tshepo Mahlangu. I've app**** for a new contract from Cell C 2 weeks ago.Tshepo has since been messing me around. I have tried calling and emailing many times, with no correspondence from cell c. I have also asked to speak to a Supervisior on numerous occasions, but I am refused to speak to any superior. I called again today to follow up and have now been told that the promo I app**** for 2 weeks ago cannot be processed now, even though the delay was from Tshepo, she is now giving me all her personal excuses as to why she was not at work which has caused them not give me what I had app**** for, as the deal has ended now, even though I app**** when the speciaI was running. So my question is, when cell c staff have personal issues, does Cell c shut down? According to my understanding. Tshepo had personal issues, which resulted in the deal expiring of the deal that I app**** for, even though there was no delay from my side, all documents required were submitted promptly. This is no fault from my side. If I am not given the same deal that I app**** for, I will be forced to cancel my existing contracts with Cell C as Id rather will go with service provider that works in a professional manner. Very disappointing when you are a customer for over 15 years, and you receive this kind of service...
