CELL C pathetic service
I have requested my contract to be converted to a prepaid since August 2022 and cell c di not action my request and kept on debiting my account. I then sent 2 more request in Sept for the same thing. I decided to cancel my debit order end of Oct, all of a sudden they react and call me for arrears and being told that my account is in arrears. But I have been trying to cancel the contract and have the account on top up for months and I was ignored. They better sort this out cuz I m not paying for arrears.

10 Nov 2022, 13:18I did send proof of my 1st request to the described email address and they still telling me I am I arrears.
No solution, I need an explanation that why was my email not actioned the 1st time which has lead to unnecessary amounts being accumulated.
