Cell C pathetic service
Would just like to thank you for your pathetic service. For months now I can't get an upgrade done, we can't even get in touch with you business department. We apply through you business portal, receive calls from a different department who then claims to transfer us to your business department just to have the calls dropped. So I'll be moving to Vodacom who has no problem to assist.

08 Jun 2022, 14:53I'm sorry but this is not an acceptable answer, your service is poor. it's impossible to deal with your customer care centres. Calls are constantly dropped or transferred till the call gets dropped. If your app doesn't give a payment option before the 3rd what do you expect me to do.
Anyway you are literally losing a company as a customer as you never thought that most of our pay as you go phones will also be moved to a new service provider since they actually to assist us with any queries.
