CELL C PATHETIC SERVICE
This company does not even deserve the one star rating, absolutely pathetic service. I am still awaiting responses to my query from 3 years ago. Follow ups done now on ALL the various email addresses have been in vain.
HORRID SERVICE - DON'T EVER USE CELL C

I am trying to cancel a contract which apparently can only be done via a call form the sim card, it was a data contract, I do not even know the cellphone number!!
I battled for 2 years between your branches and trying to call the useless number you have advertised. I even emailed cell c customer query. I eventually placed a stop payment on the account and because of this you have now HANDED ME OVER!!!!
I need this sorted out ASAP
