Cell C: Pathetic service

I was overseas last year and had to transfer money from my overseas account to my South Africam Acc in order for my Cell C debit order to go down.

On 4 November my debit order was scheduled but the money I transferred did not reflect yet and only reflected on 5 November. The debit order bounced on 4 Nov 2020 and went through on 5 Nov 2020. Cell C reported me to the credit bureau for that 1 day! I am a good payer and feel it that Cell c mistreated me by doing that for 1 day.

I want to take out another contract from them for WIfi but have to wait for "3 months" which according to Cell C is end of March. Seems that they cannot count.

Also, I went to Cell C today where the person refused to accept a drivers license as a proof of identity!!! Even banks accept licenses. Its legal!

Pathetic service!
