Cell C pathetic Service and devious ways

I have two contracts with Cell C and has upgraded on both .They have no record of me upgrading and still debiting my account with the previous amount .The introduced me to a product called get more .I cancelled in February and it has still not been cancelled and the disgusting thing is each call <br> agent can tell me when and how many times I called to cancel but still it is not cancelled and keep getting promises that it will be escalated> I have had endless problems with Cell C. They are ****** and know nothing about Service
