Cell C pathetic service

Good day

I write this review as a very disgrunted cell c customer who has been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have been held up at gunpoint and went into store to do a simswop and for the past 3 weeks haven't had any luck with my query. I am unable to make calls out from my number and I have kept phoning for help well over 20 times and a consultant is yet to get back to me or resolve my query, I still cant make any calls out.I am disgusted with the level of service and I am actually thinking of canceling all my contracts which is personal and business contracts with Cell C,This level of service is absolutely disgusting and I feel as cell c doesn't value me as a loyal customer
