Cell C Pathetic Service

CELL C service is pathetic!! For the past month I have been trying to cancel a contract which belonged to a deceased family member. Every time I call the customer care I am given a different answer. I have been sent from pillar to post. This explains why I use one of the competitor service providers. I am very disappointed in the service.
