Cell C pathetic service

This is the second review I’m submitting. I can not get a Cell C eSIM from any of the outlets in Polokwane namely Savannah Mall and Mall of the North. I contacted head office which sent me from pillar to post. Cell C responded to my review and assured me that I would get an eSIM in the following week. It’s two weeks now and still no stock and sadly the sales people don’t even know if they will ever get stock. I’m left with one option which is to terminate my contract as it’s useless to me if I can’t utilise an eSIM.
