Cell C - PATHETIC SERVICE
<p>Cell C billed me incorrectly in December they said they will refund me it takes 24 to 48 hours and till today i'm still waiting for my money ,i called the call centre several times and they just dont care whether you speak to the supervisor or the manager makes no difference customer service is not known in their world</p>
