Cell C pathetic service
Cell C refuses to cancel my contract on the date the contract expired and wants me to serve 30 days notice. This is why after being a CellC customer for more than 6 years I am leaving CellC and will not ever give them my business again.

Maybe its time to train your agents in customer service as they call and waste time. They do not even check if you can speak or not. The lady today called to "Help" me cancel my contract so what did the lady on the phone do yesterday???????? Very unprofessional and very rude.
