Cell C Pathetic Service

I have been a customer of Cell C for as many years as I can remember. I now work for extended periods of time overseas but have until recently been able to receive texts for OTP purposes and such since most of my accounts are still in SA. Recently Cell C deactivated my some card which I can understand since I haven’t used it for anything else other than receiving however, I don’t mind paying to get it reactivated. Very few private individuals these days need to subscribe to International roaming due to WhatsApp calling so what’s the point of paying those ridiculously high rates. After emailing Cell C to rectify they maintain they have to make voice contact but Can’t make international calls to clients. What kind of amateur operation do Cell C run if you don’t understand the fundamentals of doing business which include being able to contact customers overseas!!?? This is ridiculous!!
