Cell c pathetic service.

I have complained about cell c in January of this year.In December 2022 they decided to take debit orders off early. My debit orders normally come off between the 28th and the end of the month.They decided to take it off on the 23rd of December and there was not enough funds in the account. They then penalised me R70.00 per debit order that failed to go through (R140.00) I refuse to pay that R140.00 on principle. They cut my wife's service at the beginning of April. I have been with these guys for around 17 years and will not be renewing the contracts when they come to an end. I have sent them numerous emails and they just say they have referred it to the relevant department. Their response is pay or we cut you off.The two numbers concerned are *** and ***
